We are currently recruiting for a multi-trade Fabric Technician to join a leading facilities management provider, servicing a range of commercial properties across London and the South East. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering excellent job security and progression within a supportive, professional team.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out general fabric maintenance and repairs across commercial buildings

*

Undertake carpentry work including doors, architraves, skirting, and flooring

*

Perform minor plumbing, patch plastering, painting, and general building works

*

Respond to reactive tasks and carry out PPMs independently

*

Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and client requirements

Requirements:

*

Proven multi-trade experience, with a strong carpentry background

*

NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent in a relevant trade

*

Skilled Worker CSCS Card

*

Full UK Driving Licence

*

Must be able to work on your own initiative

*

Must be able to pass a DBS clearance

*

Immediate availability preferred
