We are seeking an experienced and reliable Site Manager for fast-paced refurbishment projects in Kent. This project involves a large-scale refurbishment within government buildings. Given the nature of the environment, you must be a proactive leader capable of managing subcontractors and ensuring strict adherence to health and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Oversight: Managing the project delivery of a refurbishment, ensuring all work meets technical specifications.
  • Compliance: Upholding stringent health and safety standards required for government-site works.
  • Reporting: Managing site logs and providing clear handovers for daytime teams.
  • Multiple Subcontractors: Managing and coordinating multiple subcontractors.

Requirements:

  • Certifications: Valid SMSTS or SSSTS is essential.
  • First Aid: Ideally hold a valid First Aid at Work certificate.
  • Experience: Proven track record in refurbishment projects, specifically flooring or high-spec fit-outs.
  • Flexibility: Must be able to commit to the night shift and weekend work immediately.
  • CSCS: Valid CSCS card (Black or Gold preferred).
