The predicted salary is between 38250 - 46750 £ per year.
You’ll carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across commercial estates, ensuring systems are safe, compliant and operating efficiently. You’ll represent the business professionally on client sites, delivering a reliable, first-time-fix service wherever possible.
Key responsibilities include:
- PPM and reactive electrical maintenance across commercial buildings
- Fault-finding on electrical systems, distribution boards, 3-phase equipment and building services plant
- Minor installations, repairs and remedials
- Emergency lighting testing and repairs
- Fire alarm checks and basic support
- Supporting wider building services (HVAC electrics, motors, controls)
- Completing job sheets and updates
- Working within RAMS, SFG20 and Permit-to-Work requirements
- Participating in the call-out rota
What You Need:
- NVQ Level 3 Electrotechnical (Installation or Maintenance)
- 18th Edition (BS 7671) desirable (not essential)
- Strong commercial or industrial background (not domestic)
- Confident with 3-phase systems, distribution boards, containment and plant-room environments
- Solid fault-finding ability
- Full UK driving licence
- Comfortable working independently across a mobile patch
