Branta are seeking a proactive and organised Helpdesk Administrator to join a busy team in Gateshead. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication and efficient coordination across our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for client enquiries via phone and email.
