On behalf of our client, a premier building services and facilities management specialist, we are seeking an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to manage high-specification assets across the capital. The successful engineer will be responsible for maintaining the climate and safety systems within luxury hotels, corporate headquarters in the City, upscale retail environments, and high-security government buildings. Candidate Requirements
The Professional Profile:
- Qualified Expert: Full suite of valid Commercial Gas tickets (COCN1/CODNCO1, CIGA1, CDGA1, CORT1, ICPN1, etc.).
- Sector Experience: A minimum of 5 years experience, ideally within the hospitality, corporate, or high-end retail sectors. Alternatively commercially qualified with significant domestic experience.
- Client-Facing Skills: Strong communication skills and a tidy, professional appearance are essential for these environments.
- Mobility: Full UK Driving License (maximum 6 points).
- Advantageous Skills: Experience with BMS interfaces (Trend, Honeywell, etc.). ACS Catering (COMCAT) or LPG qualifications.
