A leading commercial catering and facilities solutions provider is expanding its engineering team across Berkshire. With a strong reputation for reliability, compliance, and first-time fix rates, they support a wide range of clients including education, hospitality, healthcare, and corporate sites. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced Commercial Catering Engineer to join their field service team.
The Role
You will be responsible for the service, maintenance, breakdown, and installation of commercial catering equipment across client sites in Berkshire and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Reactive and planned maintenance on commercial catering appliances
- Diagnosing faults and carrying out efficient repairs
- Installation and commissioning of new equipment
- Ensuring all work is completed in line with Gas Safe and manufacturer standards
- Providing excellent customer service and clear communication with site contacts
- Completing job sheets, compliance documentation, and asset updates
What You’ll Need
- COMCAT 1, 2, 3 & 5 (minimum 1, 2 & 3)
- Experience working on commercial catering equipment (e.g., ovens, grills, fryers, dishwashers)
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong fault-finding skills and a professional approach
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
