Key Responsibilities:
- Lead on the development and delivery of planned and cyclical maintenance schedules.
- Ensure health, safety, and statutory compliance, including oversight of fire systems, EICRs, PAT testing, and Legionella management.
- Manage and coordinate contractors and internal teams for building maintenance and improvement works.
- Support project delivery and act as project lead for refurbishment or facilities upgrades when required.
- Drive value for money through budget management and procurement.
- Maintain strong systems for security, access control, and emergency response.
- Support senior leaders with reporting, audits, and building improvement strategies.
- Supervise caretaking and cleaning teams across sites.
- Champion best practice in health and safety and ensure timely response to operational issues.
