Experienced Commercial Gas Engineer

Elevating Londons Commercial Standards On behalf of our client, a premier building services and facilities management specialist, we are seeking an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to manage high-specification assets across the capital. This role offers a sophisticated working environment, moving away from heavy industrial or social housing sites and focusing instead on a prestigious commercial portfolio. Prestigious Portfolio: Work on modern, well-maintained plant rooms in some of Londons most notable buildings. Financial Reward: A strong base salary supplemented by a lucrative overtime structure (1.5x / 2x) and a formal call-out retainer. Premium Tools & Tech: Access to the latest diagnostic software, a high-spec modern van (available for private use), and a mobile device for real-time reporting. Career Elevation: Our client invests heavily in cross-skilling, offering pathways into BMS (Building Management Systems) , Chiller maintenance, or senior technical management. Precision Maintenance: Delivering high-level PPM and reactive repairs on high-efficiency commercial boilers and multi-stage burners. Diagnosing complex issues within integrated HVAC systems, including controls and associated mechanical plant. Coordinating with on-site facilities managers to ensure minimal disruption to hotel guests, office tenants, or retail operations. Compliance Excellence: Maintaining impeccable digital records of all gas safety inspections and remedial works. Qualified Expert: Full suite of valid Commercial Gas tickets (COCN1/CODNCO1, CIGA1, CDGA1, CORT1, ICPN1, etc.). Alternatively commercially qualified with significant domestic experience Mobility: Full UK Driving License (maximum 6 points).
