We are looking for experienced Air Conditioning Engineers to support a busy portfolio of retail stores amongst other sites across the South West of England. Ideally looking for someone located in or around the Reading area. This is a mobile role carrying out PPM, reactive maintenance, fault-finding and minor repairs on a range of commercial AC systems. Any experience with cellar coolers and refrigeration would be a welcome bonus.

The Role

  • Service, maintenance and repair of AC systems VRV/VRF, splits, multi-splits, some AHUs and FCUs
  • Diagnosing faults and completing first-time fixes
  • Working independently across a regional patch
  • Completing compliance paperwork and job reports
  • Participating in a call-out rota (enhanced rates)

What You’ll Need

  • F-Gas 2079 (essential)
  • NVQ Level 2/3 in AC & Refrigeration (preferred)
  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostics experience
  • Background in commercial, retail or FM environments
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Ability to work independently and manage your workload
