The predicted salary is between 41206 - 50362 Β£ per year.
You will carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across commercial estates, ensuring systems are safe, compliant and operating efficiently. You will represent the business professionally on client sites, delivering a reliable, first-time-fix service wherever possible.
Key responsibilities include:
- PPM and reactive electrical maintenance across commercial buildings
- Fault-finding on electrical systems, distribution boards, 3-phase equipment and building services plant
- Minor installations, repairs and remedials
- Emergency lighting testing and repairs
- Fire alarm checks and basic support
- Supporting wider building services (HVAC electrics, motors, controls)
- Completing job sheets and updates
- Working within RAMS, SFG20 and Permit-to-Work requirements
- Participating in the call-out rota
What You Need:
- NVQ Level 3 Electrotechnical (Installation or Maintenance)
- 18th Edition (BS 7671) desirable (not essential)
- Strong commercial or industrial background (not domestic)
- Confident with 3-phase systems, distribution boards, containment and plant-room environments
- Solid fault-finding ability
- Full UK driving licence
- Comfortable working independently across a mobile patch
