Air Conditioning Engineer (Reading) £35,000 £45,000 + Van + Fuel Card + Overtime + Call-Out + bonus + medical Permanent | Full-Time | Mobile Role Were looking for experienced Air Conditioning Engineers to support a busy portfolio of retail stores amongst other sites across the South West of England. Ideally looking for someone located in or around the Reading area. This is a mobile role carrying out PPM, reactive maintenance, fault-finding and minor repairs on a range of commercial AC systems. Any experience with cellar coolers and refrigeration would be a welcome bonus The Role - Service, maintenance and repair of AC systems - VRV/VRF, splits, multi-splits, some AHUs and FCUs - Diagnosing faults and completing first-time fixes - Working independently across a regional patch - Completing compliance paperwork and job reports - Participating in a call-out rota (enhanced rates) What Youll Need - F-Gas 2079 (essential) - NVQ Level 2/3 in AC & Refrigeration (preferred) - Strong fault-finding and diagnostics experience - Background in commercial, retail or FM environments - Full UK driving licence - Ability to work independently and manage your workload Whats On Offer - £35,000 £45,000 base salary - Company van + fuel card - Overtime at enhanced rates - Call-out payments - Tools, uniform, phone/tablet - 25 days holiday + bank holidays - Pension scheme - OEM training (Daikin, Mitsubishi, Toshiba) If youre an experienced AC Engineer looking for a stable role with strong earning potential, wed love to hear from you.
