The successful candidate must have a minimum of 5 years experience of forklift operations, relevant MHE instructor training qualification, current forklift & PPT qualification and an engaging approach. The working environment within food manufacturing is fast paced and susceptible to change, meaning you will need to adapt, and react accordingly to a varied workload. Examples of duties include; Deliver engaging and compliant theoretical and practical training sessions, including Counterbalance FLT, Reach Truck and PPT Develop, update, and maintain training materials in line with industry standards and legal requirements Keep up-to-date and accurate learner records, including attendance and performance reports Monitor and report on training KPIs To monitor and reduce unavoidable forklift truck damage costs on site To contribute and support the site internal auditing team with audits To support H&S policies and procedures on site and carry out refresher H&S training for all employees You will be joining a very supporting team, who offer a vast amount of knowledge and expertise across our 3 sites.
