The successful candidate must have a minimum of 5 years experience of forklift operations, relevant MHE instructor training qualification, current forklift & PPT qualification and an engaging approach. The working environment within food manufacturing is fast paced and susceptible to change, meaning you will need to adapt, and react accordingly to a varied workload. xgikmsk
Examples of duties include; Deliver engaging and compliant theoretical and practical training sessions, including Counterbalance FLT, Reach Truck and PPTDevelop, update, and maintain training materials in line with industry standards and legal requirementsKeep up-to-date and accurate learner records, including attendance and performance reports Monitor and report on training KPIsTo monitor and reduce unavoidable forklift truck damage costs on siteTo contribute and support the site internal auditing team with auditsTo support H&S policies and procedures on site and carry out refresher H&S training for all employeesYou will be joining a very supporting team, who offer a vast amount of knowledge and expertise across our 3 sites.
