You'll help ensure production runs safely, smoothly and to the high standards our customers expect.

This is a practical, fast-paced role for someone who takes pride in doing a good job, communicates well and is ready to lead by example.

As a key part of the production team, you'll balance operating duties with supporting colleagues on the line.

You'll help organise work, maintain pace and quality, and respond calmly when priorities change.

Whether you're an experienced line leader or an operative ready to take the next step, we'd like to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

Lead by example, allocate or coordinate tasks as needed, and help colleagues understand what needs to be done.

Carry out operational tasks across the line, following work instructions and using equipment safely and correctly.

Complete checks and records accurately, including relevant quality, production and traceability information.

Monitor product and process standards, acting promptly and escalating any concerns or faults.

Maintain a clean, tidy and organised work area, following food safety, hygiene and health and safety requirements.

Work closely with colleagues and other teams to manage handovers, resolve day-to-day issues and keep production moving.

You'll be comfortable working as part of a team and equally happy to take responsibility for your own tasks.

Food production can be busy, so a steady approach, attention to detail and a willingness to pitch in will make a real difference.
