We are looking for Section Managers with a passion for working collaboratively, driving team performance and who have a commitment to continuous improvement! Due to continued growth within our Prepared foods division, we are looking for Section Managers to join exciting business. The role of Section Manger is important in the smooth running of the operation and ensuring customer orders are met whilst working safety and supporting and managing a small team. Shift pattern : Week 1 Wednesday and Thursday. Week 2 Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday Hours : 6am to Finish Salary: £35,000 per annum. What you will be doing? Manage all processes in your area to meet targets set by the business and to meet BRC, TFS, SMETA and other audit criteria. Oversee and lead all production in your area Labour planning and cost control (including agency workers) Manage the team in your working area (size of team depends on area) Drive profitability of production operations Continuous Improvement Manage customer service levels to agreed targets What we want from you?
