You will support the procurement department and become a key player in all stages of the procurement process, from initial requirement of stock through to stock management onto the preparing of payment information. What you will be doing: * Plan the Raw Material requirements between departments against customer requirements * Manage the full Trader process * Collate and manage data against KPIs report and forecasting as required * Manage the full payment process for customers * Liaise with the procurement department on all contract positions * Manage Class 2 and Stock feed inventory and sales to maximise market opportunities What we want from you: Essential * Degree level (preferably finance) or studying towards * Advanced Microsoft Office word and excel skills * Strong organisational skills Desirable * Experience of an ERP System * Business Administration NVQ * Previous fresh produce or food manufacturing experience * Clean UK Driving Licence
