Key Operative – Prepared

We are looking for Key Operatives / Line Leaders to work at our Prepared foods factory just outside of Lincoln.
You will lead the team forward to ensure the smooth running of our busy production lines whilst playing an important part in making sure every product packed is to the highest standard. You will supervise a small team and be responsible for their coaching and development.
Shift Pattern:
Days: 2,2,3 Pattern
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday Saturday, Sunday
Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday
06:00 – finish
14.81 per hour
Nights: 5 nights per week
Sunday – Thursday
19:00 – finish
16.66 per hour
Skills and experience needed:
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a team as well as independently
- Previous food manufacturing and production experience
