Please ensure that this is completed in full in order that your application can be reviewed. We are looking for Key Operatives / Line Leaders to work at our Mash factory just outside of Lincoln. You will lead the team forward to ensure the smooth running of our busy production lines whilst playing an important part in making sure every product packed is to the highest standard. You will supervise a small team and be responsible for their coaching and development.
