You will be responsible for the day-to-day Production operations of our fresh potato factory. n The working environment within food manufacturing is fast paced and susceptible to change, meaning you will need to adapt, and react accordingly to a varied workload. n \n Leadership- providing consistent leadership across shifts, whiles always demonstrating and role modelling our Branston HWDB values. \n Planning- Plan daily production operations to maximise efficiency and ensure customer orders are met. \n Employee relations & engagement- Working with HR to ensure any employee relations matters are handled consistently and in line with policy.
