We are looking for Key Operatives to work at our Prepared foods factory just outside of Lincoln. In this role, you will take responsibility for the day‑to‑day running of production lines, ensuring machinery is set up correctly, operated efficiently, and monitored throughout the shift to maintain quality, safety, and output targets. You will play a key part in keeping production flowing smoothly by identifying and resolving minor issues, completing paperwork, escalating faults where necessary, and ensuring all equipment is used in line with company procedures.
