Materials Controller - Maternity Cover
Location: Lincoln (on-site)

As a Materials Controller, your key focus is straightforward but vital: ensure ingredients, including raw materials, are available for production, on time, in full, and without unnecessary waste. You'll be the person who helps production teams breathe easier because the right materials are in the right place at the right time. n System accuracy: enter and maintain data in the online systems to keep records live, accurate and audit-ready. \We're ideally looking for someone with:
Strong planning and organisational skills with a calm approach to changing priorities.
Accuracy and attention to detail, especially when managing stock, yields and ERP data.
Excellent communication, you'll liaise regularly with Production and Quality, plus suppliers.
A problem-solving approach when stock risks emerge, along with the confidence to act and escalate appropriately. \Your decisions impact production availability, waste levels and service reliability. When this is right, you help ensure customers receive the products they expect every day, week after week.
