This is a fixed-term opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys being part of a hardworking team. \n Contract: October 2026 to Mid-January 2027 opportunities for permanent roles for the right candidates in various fields. \n Branston want to invest in good people who are hardworking, flexible and willing to develop. \n Shift: 4 on, 4 off OR \n Day Shift A Pattern (Week 1: Sun, Mon, Tues, Wed & Week 2: Sun, Mon, Tues) \n OR B Pattern (Week 1: Thurs, Fri, Sat & Week 2: Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sat) \n Night Shift A Pattern (Week 1: Sun, Mon, Tues, Wed & Week 2: Sun, Mon, Tues) \n OR B Pattern (Week 1: Thurs, Fri, Sat & Week 2: Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sat) \n Hours : Day Shift - 6am to finish \n Night Shift 6pm to finish \n Pay: Days Shift £14.61 \n Night Shift - £16.44 \n Overtime: Opportunities available \n Key Responsibilities \n Operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently. \n Transport potato products around a site for storage and then distribution to customers. \n Load and unload lorries via ramps and despatch bays. \n Complete daily forklift safety checks and report any defects. \n Follow all health and safety, food safety, and hygiene procedures. \n Assist with general warehouse and factory duties when required. \n Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment. \n About You \n You'll have: \n A valid Counterbalance FLT licence (RTITB, ITSSAR, NPORS or equivalent) or if recently expired potential opportunity to refresh your licence with an inhouse certification. \n Experience operating a Counterbalance FLT in a warehouse or manufacturing environment. \n A strong commitment to health and safety. \n Good communication and teamwork skills. \n Flexibility to work shifts and additional hours during peak periods. \n A positive attitude and willingness to support the wider team. \n Experience within the food manufacturing industry would be an advantage but is not essential. \n \n JBRP1_UKTJ
