Location: Potentially Hybrid (2 days in the office per week post-probation)

Compensation: £32,000 to £35,000 basic (DOE) with large commissions for new site acquisitions and incentives for self-generated leads, £45,000 OTE.

About the Role

We are seeking an extremely focused and driven individual for a rewarding role in business development within the Car Park Management sector. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on achieving results and is motivated by substantial rewards for their efforts. The role initially focuses on prospecting potential new clients; however, leads are also provided. Travel is required to attend site visits and client meetings. BDEs aren’t assigned to specific areas; you’re expected to travel across the UK based on appointment locations. The role is provided with a company car, and all travel costs are covered, including overnight stays. Industry experience is not required, but business development experience is essential. Additionally, remote working will be considered for the right candidate after an initial 3-week training period, during which accommodation will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • New Business Development: Identify and target potential clients, ranging from private individuals to large corporate clients, to propose solutions that streamline car park management.
  • Prospecting: Conduct thorough research to identify high-quality prospects. Emphasis is on quality over quantity, ensuring effective targeting rather than merely hitting numbers.
  • Project Management: Once business is secured, manage the project to ensure successful implementation of car park management solutions.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Requirements

  • Strong Prospecting Skills: Ability to research and identify high-potential prospects.
  • Drive and Motivation: A self-starter with a strong desire to succeed and achieve significant rewards.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work in a hybrid environment with a minimum of one day in the office per month post training.
