We are looking for an Associate Digital Strategist to join our growing UK team and start shaping real digital impact from day one. At Brandwidth, we help clients make their content and communications actually work. That means understanding audiences properly, using data to uncover what matters, and combining that insight with creativity, smart thinking, and the latest digital innovation.
In this role, you will turn insight into ideas. You will use your understanding of customer behaviour to help develop smart, original digital strategies as part of a collaborative team focused on creating better digital experiences for our clients. You will get exposure to a wide mix of projects across important digital channels, from web and social to email and latest touchpoints. Skills/ResponsibilitiesAs an Associate Digital Strategist at Brandwidth, you will:
- Analyse and interpret simple user data to advise strategically on CX and content improvements on client platforms.
- As part of a multi-skilled team, help deliver market-leading experience for the customer journeys across the different digital channels and sectors.
- Support our Client Partnership & Strategy team with supplementary tasks such as desk research and digital audits.
- Contribute to presentations where digital strategy is being discussed and assist with communication to stakeholders where analytical or research-driven insight is required.
- Help establish credibility both internally and externally through your knowledge, approach, and professionalism.
- Evaluate business processes to ensure the inclusion of digital strategy, KPIs and efficiency of delivery by local, and ultimately global, challenges.
- Support our own internal marketing efforts – contributing with copywriting, social media or PR exercises, etc.
- A passion for digital marketing, with some practical experience.
- Good interpersonal proficiency for working with our teams and clients.
- Organisational and project management skills.
- Experience assessing information, solving challenges, and taking ownership of tasks when needed and collaboratively.
- An understanding of customer journey optimisation across key digital channels.
- An understanding of how social media supports different objectives.
