We are looking for an Inside Sales Team Lead - UKI responsible for managing and growing a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) focused on opportunity generation within the region. You will have the opportunity to build a high-performing sales engine and lay the foundation for success by scaling the team in the region.

What you will do:

  • Report directly to the Director of Inside Sales, responsible for weekly forecasting, training, and providing support, coaching, and feedback to your team;
  • Involved in hiring, coaching, and developing the SDR team to master sales skills, including cold-calling, understanding customer profiles, and facilitating discovery calls to book qualified opportunities for Account Executives;
  • Manage daily activities of the SDR team, including live call coaching, pipeline management, and understanding key metrics and conversions;
  • Identify opportunities and recommend process improvements to boost productivity and efficiency;
  • Manage team and individual projects to ensure successful execution and adoption;
  • Contribute to identifying new business opportunities and market segments, develop playbooks, talk tracks, and email templates in collaboration with team lead/enablement;
  • Conduct personal and career development discussions to groom high-performing SDRs for future sales roles.

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets;
  • 2+ years experience managing an SDR team;
  • Charismatic leader and team player, inspiring your team and colleagues;
  • Data-driven with a focus on activity and production metrics;
  • Problem-solving mindset and solution-focused approach;
  • Experience with Salesforce, including generating reports and dashboards.
