As our Growth Marketing Campaign Manager, you will develop global marketing campaigns that are designed to generate qualified leads and move them through the funnel, working in a peer group of smart, ambitious marketing professionals.
What You’ll Do
- Develop global marketing campaigns from scratch including communications and presenting with confidence in fast-paced environments.
- Support & create ABM campaigns and deliver high quality leads to the sales teams.
- Clearly identify the target audiences, goals of campaigns and the steps to execute and report.
- Collaborate closely with the broader marketing & brand team to develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, paid advertising, and content marketing.
- Assist with the development and execution of A/B tests to improve campaign performance.
- Manage our conversational marketing tool.
- Create, build, and manage landing pages.
- Analyze and report on campaign and channel performance metrics.
- Lead marketing campaign projects and manage from start to finish.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in cross channel marketing, B2B technology preferred.
- Solid campaign management experience and organizational skills including the ability to set and drive requirements across multiple functional areas.
- Self-starter mentality – ability to “take a project and run with it.”
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders to prioritize tasks and projects effectively with attention to details.
- WordPress, Marketo & Salesforce experience desired.
