We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Project Manager to lead the delivery of multiple high-priority Brand & Web projects. In this role, you will take full ownership of planning, scoping, scheduling, monitoring, and closing projects—ensuring delivery against agreed deadlines, targets, and budgets while balancing the needs of diverse stakeholders. You’ll act as the bridge between stakeholders and creative teams, translating ideas into clear, actionable plans that enable high-quality, impactful work.
Key Responsibilities- Take responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent projects
- Source and review briefs, ensuring all requests are clear, complete, and ready for execution
- Translate approved briefs into actionable guidance for designers, including objectives, audiences, deliverables, and risks
- Ensure brand and web requests are realistic and achievable, negotiating scope and priorities when needed
- Identify the most effective delivery solutions within time, budget, and resource constraints
- Organise and lead planning sessions, kick-offs, weekly updates, and project reviews
- Maintain clear documentation, thorough notes, and concise follow-ups with actions
- Triage feedback, questions, and issues to the appropriate teams to ensure alignment and minimal disruption
- Keep departmental leaders informed on key milestones, decisions, and progress
- Proactively identify risks and issues, providing recommendations and solutions
- Support the continuous improvement of creative workflows for efficiency and quality
- Act as a brand guardian, upholding high standards across all outputs
- Ensure delivery processes allow space for creativity and innovation within agreed constraints
- Use feedback and project data to drive continuous improvement
- Regularly review and refine your own project management practices
- Build strong relationships across Marketing, the wider business, and external partners
- Manage third-party suppliers, including timelines, costs, and specifications
- Experience working with creative designers in a SaaS or technology environment
- 3+ years in related role or experience
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on experience with MS Office, Google Workspace, and Monday.com (or similar tools)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
