About the Role
You will play a key role in delivering high-quality marketing and business development activity across the firm. Working closely with the Marketing Manager and CMO, you will take ownership of execution – ensuring projects, campaigns and core processes are delivered smoothly, on time and to a high standard. We are hiring at Executive or Senior Executive level depending on experience. The Senior role includes greater ownership of projects, stakeholder management and campaign delivery.
What You Will Be Doing
- Marketing and Brand Communications
- Manage and deliver award entries and ranking submissions
- Produce clear, engaging and credible content including blogs, news stories and social media posts
- Development and publication of internal communications
- Support PR activity and work with external suppliers where needed
- Ensure all marketing materials reflect our brand and positioning
- Plan and manage multiple projects simultaneously, keeping stakeholders updated and work on track
- Contribute to firm-wide, sector and departmental campaigns
- Partnerships and Events
- Identify and manage sponsorship activity aligned with the firm’s Marketing and BD goals
- Develop and activate industry partnerships and resulting activity
- Support the delivery of seamless events with attention to detail at every touchpoint
- Support the Business Development Team
- Support the development of bids, tenders and client-facing collateral, ensuring smooth delivery
- Coordinate the development of account-based marketing plans and manage execution
- Maintain and optimise BD toolkits and collateral libraries
- Support client engagement strategy and coordinate associated activities
About You
- You are a strong project manager who loves structure, organisation and seeing things through
- You are confident and personable with senior stakeholders
- You are a strong writer with experience in technical or B2B content
- You take genuine pride in accuracy and detail
- You have experience in a B2B agency, professional services or a technical B2B environment
- You are proactive and thrive when you have ownership
- You show a collaborative approach and willingness to get stuck in

- Days/Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:30am to 5:30pm
- Hybrid: 3 days working in office, 2 days working from home
