Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for a Payroll Administrator based in Glasgow. The Payroll Administrator will be responsible for handling payroll processing, managing garnishments, and ensuring compliance with payroll tax regulations. The role includes overseeing employee benefits related to payroll, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with the accounting department to ensure seamless financial management. As a key team member, the successful candidate will ensure timely and accurate payroll operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Payroll Administration, including preparing and processing payroll efficiently
- Knowledge of Payroll Taxes, with the ability to ensure compliance with related regulations
- Understanding of Employee Benefits and integration of benefits with payroll systems
- Basic Accounting skills to manage payroll records and support financial processes
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in payroll software and the ability to adapt to new systems
- Previous experience in payroll or a related field is advantageous
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
