We have an unmissable opportunity for a talented Paid Media Senior Account Executive looking to develop their career within an ambitious and supportive agency committed to delivering innovative campaigns. We pride ourselves on delivering cutting-edge campaigns across multiple channels, including paid social, PPC, YouTube, Google, and Spotify. We’re passionate about creating seamless brand experiences for top-tier global B2B and B2C clients and continuously exploring new platforms and technologies.

Our paid media team is a close-knit sub-team of 5 within a wider digital and social team of over 30, and a larger agency of over 180. We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to play a key role in helping to shape the future of our paid media services, and we’re looking for someone with a proven track record in paid social who’s eager to grow and take ownership of campaigns and has an interest in exploring other channels.

The Role

  • Lead the implementation and optimisation of paid social campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and more.
  • Manage and monitor budgets for both local and international clients, ensuring that campaigns are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Provide in-depth reporting to clients, highlighting key insights and opportunities for optimisation and growth.
  • Support in creating and executing media plans across a range of paid channels, with opportunities to get involved in PPC, display, and programmatic advertising.
  • Help drive strategy development, working alongside Account Managers and Account Directors to bring fresh ideas and creative approaches to paid media campaigns.
  • Train and mentor junior members of the team, ensuring they understand how to execute campaigns effectively.
  • Stay on top of industry trends, new platforms, and product updates to keep our clients ahead of the curve.

About You

  • Experience working across key paid social channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter), ideally for global brands.
  • Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and the ability to interpret data to improve campaign performance.
  • A proactive attitude, with the confidence to own tasks and solve problems independently.
  • Interest in other paid digital channels such as PPC, YouTube, Google, and programmatic advertising. Experience in these areas is a plus but not required as training can be provided.
  • Strong client communication skills - you’re comfortable presenting, building relationships, and handling client requests professionally and efficiently.
  • Excellent organisational skills, able to manage your workload and deadlines effectively.
  • Experience of managing multiple accounts or projects simultaneously.
