We are looking for a highly creative Senior Designer with strong conceptual thinking and integrated campaign experience to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an ambitious designer ready to take the next step towards a Design Director position, combining hands-on creative excellence with strategic thinking, team leadership and client-facing responsibilities.
You will play a key role in developing bold, insight-driven B2B campaigns across digital, brand, content, social and experiential marketing channels. Working closely with strategists, writers, account teams and production specialists, you will help shape creative ideas from concept through to execution.
The ideal candidate is an exceptional visual communicator with a strong portfolio of conceptual campaign work, a deep understanding of B2B audiences and a passion for creating work that delivers commercial impact.
Key responsibilities- Lead the creative development of integrated B2B campaigns across multiple channels and formats.
