We are delighted to announce a live opportunity for a Digital & Social Account Director/Senior Account Director to join the team.

The chosen candidate will be:

Highly knowledgeable of the current social media and digital landscape

Experienced in supporting and promoting B2B clients online with a range of formats

Ability to understand and unpick client briefs, objectives and strategies

Ability to effectively lead multiple projects at the same time, ensuring budgets are adhered to and work delivered to deadlines

To act as an strategic advisor, work autonomously and be proactive with clients

Experienced with working with Influencers, from identification through to long term management

Able to hit the ground running on social listening, insights, analysis and reporting

Confident with reporting and translating results into client objectives

Accomplished in social media management and measurement tools

An excellent communicator, both written and verbal, responding to clients and colleagues in a timely manner

High attention to detail and quality control of work

Experience in contributing towards new business opportunities

Ability to sell in new services to clients and spot new business opportunities

Ready and willing to share their pool of knowledge to upskill colleagues and clients around anything social media related

Consultative in their approach when managing clients

Experienced in coaching more junior members in the team and setting a good example to follow in practice

Experience working across integrated accounts, whether that be from a wider marketing or communications approach
