We're looking for a talented Account Director to join our award-winning Consumer team. Over the past year, we've helped Fulham FC establish the Riverside Stand as the Premier League's leading hospitality experience, created reactive campaigns for Booking.Com around its Ibiza Final Boss accommodation, and led European communications programmes for brands including Epic Games and Nikon.
We're looking for a well-rounded consumer PR professional with experience building brand conversations across a range of sectors. Experience in consumer tech, health or gaming is welcome, but not essential. You'll bring strong news instincts, excellent media relationships and a hands-on, team-first approach. Outstanding client management, attention to detail and writing skills are essential, whether you're developing press materials, crafting pitch decks or presenting ideas with confidence and compelling storytelling.

What we're looking for: We're seeking a proactive and ambitious Account Director with a strong understanding of the consumer media landscape and the contacts to match. You'll ideally have experience or a genuine interest in areas such as consumer tech, lifestyle, travel, gaming, sport and health. You'll enjoy working across a varied client portfolio and be comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. As a leader, you'll manage both up and down, support your team and be willing to roll up your sleeves whenever needed.
In this role, you will:
- Lead day-to-day account activity, ensuring exceptional delivery while building a pipeline of proactive opportunities and long-term stories that exceed client expectations.
- Serve as the primary client contact, providing strategic counsel and building trusted relationships.
- Motivate, mentor and develop team members, helping them grow and succeed.
- Drive standout media relations through strong contacts across national, consumer, lifestyle and online media.
- Support new business activity by developing ideas, writing proposals and creating compelling pitch presentations.
