About the Role
In this role, you’ll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a range of vehicles, including both modern and classic cars. You’ll work in a close-knit team where quality comes first, and you’ll have the chance to contribute to a high standard of vehicle care that our clients have come to trust. If you enjoy variety, client liaison and take satisfaction from seeing happy customers drive away, this is the perfect role for you.
Working Hours
- Minimum of 1 day per week up to 3 days per week
- Monday to Friday hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm
- Saturday hours: 8:30am - 1pm
Key Duties
- Carry out MOT testing in accordance with current legislation
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance & repairs
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults
- Work on a variety of vehicles, including classic models
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment
- Ensure all work meets safety and performance standards
Key Requirements
- Proven experience as an MOT tester & mechanic, ideally with exposure to both modern and classic vehicles
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence
