The Role: We're looking for a talented Project Manager with a minimum of 3 years experience to join our Client Services Team. As a Project Manager you work as a liaison between our clients across multiple accounts and our project teams. You will be responsible for delivering a wide range of projects and campaigns on time and on budget, coordinating client communication and dealing with the administrative process. The role requires great organisational skills, and a desire to learn everything about the work we do, the projects we work on and the industry we are in. You'll be trusted to take ownership of your work and will be given significant responsibilities from day one.
Requirements:
- Have at least 3 years' demonstrated experience working in brand consultancy (or other related marketing field).
- Take ownership of a project making sure that key resources have the brief, budget and support that they need to deliver.
- Be on top of the time plan and budget management and report both to client and internal senior team.
- Be responsible for making sure that resources are scheduled, and any challenges are raised with the senior team.
- Have experience of structuring a document or presentation without guidance. You will then be able to present the work or thinking to a group in a confident and articulate manner.
- Challenge areas that are not clear (both internally and with day‐to‐day client contacts).
Mindset:
- Clear communicator. You have strong communication skills and are comfortable working remotely and independently with the ability to collaborate successfully when working virtually.
- Detail oriented. You are able to manage multiple projects at once while maintaining attention to detail with each project.
- Team player. You love to generate fresh thinking and work with others, whether you are 1‐1 or rolling your sleeves up with the broader team, you do your part to contribute to the creation of brilliant ideas and solutions.
- A self‐starter. You are curious and excited to learn, with one finger on the pulse of the latest trends in business and branding.
Benefits:
- Rewarding package. We offer competitive salary and generous benefits package that includes private medical and life insurance, gym subsidies, and a company pension scheme.
- Time off. 23 days of holiday (rising to 28 over time), plus an additional 3 days when we close between Christmas and New Year. The allowance is pro‐rated based on the duration of the contract.
- Wellbeing support. From day one, you'll have access to comprehensive health cover through Vitality, including mental health support. You'll also benefit from gym discounts, partner rewards, and access to resources designed to help you thrive inside and outside of work.
- Hybrid working. This role is based 2 days a week in our London Clubhouse. It's a vibrant, collaborative space where ideas spark and teams connect. Remaining 3 days are yours to work from wherever you do your best thinking.
- Tech you can rely on. You'll receive high‐quality IT kit to support a seamless hybrid setup, including a Mac laptop, external monitor, home working set up allowance, etc.
