We’re actively recruiting for an experienced Senior Designer to join our fast-paced and friendly London studio.
The role in a bit more detail:
- As a strong conceptual thinker and experienced designer, you will work closely with the Design team to deliver great creative work.
- You’ll be responsible for projects from conception to final execution, always working collaboratively with the wider team to ensure design intentions are being retained throughout.
- You will work on a wide range of clients across various sectors, including world-famous brands as well as challengers, from FMCG to corporate.
- You will manage both upwards and downwards, providing mentoring to less experienced members of the team whilst seeking guidance and advice from more senior members of the team to aid in your own development.
- You will take ownership of your projects, determine how the work gets done effectively and take the lead in determining which ideas and routes we are focusing on.
- You will be presenting your work in a compelling and effective way both internally and externally with clients, building client relationships and actively developing the clients you know.
What we’re looking for:
- Someone who has established themselves across multiple design platforms, can conceptualise and execute across all aspects of brand identity building and has strong experience across a range of clients and categories.
- You’ve got exceptional skills working with Adobe Creative Suite as well as a more expansive knowledge of programs such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD and After Effects among others.
- You have honed your craft on a wide range of briefs and can leverage this experience to push through original and distinctive creative work.
- You’re able to build and maintain strong relationships with people at all levels across the business.
- You’re able to support on client presentations, shoots, and art direction (both in and out of the studio).
