We’re looking for an experienced Client Director to join our dynamic and passionate Client Services Team in our London studio.

The role in a bit more detail:

We’re looking for a proactive, motivated and established Client Director who will be able to come in, hit the ground running and lead a variety of accounts across both FMCG and corporate spaces, both famous brands and challengers.

You’ll act as a partner to senior clients, overseeing projects, managing issues and maintaining relationships to ensure they keep coming back. You’ll be responsible for growing your clients and continually looking for opportunities for business growth, and you’ll be responsible for financial reporting across your clients. You’ll mentor and develop the skills of junior members of the client services team and develop strong internal relationships across the business to ensure projects run smoothly and clients receive the best possible service.

What we’re looking for:

Fantastic abilities to juggle multiple tasks at once, project management, gravitas and organisational skills should be a given. You’ll be a compelling and clear communicator, able to persuade clients and internal teams alike. You are someone who always applies an action-oriented approach and can provide action-oriented direction to teams from Client Services, Strategy to Creative to make things happen.

You’re comfortable and confident managing complex clients to ensure projects are run smoothly and delivered on time, and are highly practical when it comes to finance.

You will also thrive in the role if you are keen to be part of the thinking, not just the doing and if you are able to inspire others and bring out the best in them. Nurturing junior members of a team is vital, and there will be plenty of opportunities to grow and develop your own skills too.

Finally – someone who will be an ambassador for a global branding agency at the forefront of culture. You are highly engaged in the world of marketing and branding as well as keeping tabs on cultural shifts and trends. You bring that knowledge into your work and client conversations to drive relevance for the brands you partner with.

Why you should come and work with us:

This is an opportunity to be part of a busy and friendly team, and to take ownership of projects with some of the most well-known brands out there.

We’re passionate about making magnetic brands – focusing on creating meaning and connection. This is an opportunity to be part of an ambitious, growing agency where team members can have a significant impact on its future. We all have a vested interest in the business (we are an Employee Owned Trust so we all have a stake in our success) – we work hard and challenge ourselves to create the best work possible, but we look after each other along the way. There are lots of perks and we genuinely love what we do.

Our studios are the heart of our creative culture. Promoting instinctive collaboration and smart working, enhancing our relationships and acting as an energising workplace for creativity and personal development. You’ll find them open 5 days a week and us working in them every day.

The nitty gritty

  • Strong agency experience – ideally with FMCG clients
  • Experience in leading strategic branding projects – ideally spanning from brand strategy to design to activation and/or comms
  • Fiscally astute – commercial management of client budgets and forecasting
  • Strong relationships with senior C-suite level clients
