We are seeking new permanent Support Workers to join us in West Wickham, BROMLEY. You would ideally be required to live in close proximity to these services. In order to accept a permanent contract, you would need to have the right to work in the UK and be fully flexible with your hours to work a range of shifts. You are required to have previous proven care experience and a full UK driving licence.

The support you provide will be centred around each person’s values, preferences and needs which could include developing daily living skills, accessing a wider community, personal care and medication needs. No day is ever the same.

Your responsibilities:
- To empower the people we support to live the lives they want to lead
- To develop daily living skills.
- Support the people we support to access their communities for socialisation, employment, training or friendships
- To contribute to, develop and implement the individuals care plans.
- To communicate effectively and professionally with people we support, their family members, and external professionals.
- Maintain the health needs of the individuals we support
A full, manual driving licence is essential.
