We are looking for people with outstanding values, to provide person-centred support to enable people to live life in the way they choose. There is lots of variety and an opportunity to find a role right for you to make a difference, promote independence, and support people to achieve their personal goals and aspirations.

Working in our friendly team you’ll be supported in your role from day one. All support workers work flexible shifts to provide a 24/7 service to the people we support. We have both day and night time contracts available. Manual driving licence required for daytime opportunities.

Your responsibilities:
  • Empower the people we support to live the lives they want to lead
  • Develop daily living skills.
  • Support the people we support to access their communities for socialisation, employment, training or friendships
  • Contribute to, develop and implement the individuals care plans.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with people we support, their family members, and external professionals.
  • Maintain the health needs of the individuals we support
