We are seeking new permanent Support Workers to join us in Southwark. You would ideally be required to live in close proximity to these services. The vacancies available are based in Dulwich, Bermondsey and Canada Water.
In order to accept a permanent contract, you would need to have the right to work in the UK and be fully flexible with your hours to work a range of shifts. For some of these roles, you may be required to have a full driving licence and/or previous care experience.

Your responsibilities:
- To empower the people we support to live the lives they want to lead
- To develop daily living skills
- Support the people we support to access their communities for socialisation, employment, training or friendships
- To contribute to, develop and implement the individuals' care plans
- To communicate effectively and professionally with people we support, their family members, and external professionals
- Maintain the health needs of the individuals we support

- Basic salary £12.90 - £13.47 p/h
