We’re looking for Support Workers in Bristol to join our team. Would you like a job where every day is different and you can make a real difference in someone’s life? As a Support Worker, you’ll support people in ways that make sense to them and reflect their preferences, needs and what matters most in their lives. This might include:
- Supporting people to build everyday skills at home
- Helping people get out and about, spend time with others and be part of their local community
- Providing personal support, including help with medication when needed
Support is always person‑centred and focused on enabling people to live full, ordinary lives. No two days are the same.
Pay and benefits:
- Sleep-ins paid at £60 per night (in addition to basic pay)
