Are you an experienced manager with a passion for building partnerships, developing community opportunities and leading successful visitor-facing operations? We're looking for a Site Partnership Manager to lead the development and performance of our farm site at Grimsbury Farm. This is an exciting opportunity to shape a thriving community resource that delivers meaningful outcomes for people with learning disabilities and autism, whilst growing income, strengthening partnerships and creating outstanding experiences for visitors, volunteers and stakeholders.
As Site Partnership Manager, you'll oversee the site's day-to-day performance whilst driving commercial growth, community engagement and strategic partnerships. You'll work with internal teams, local organisations, commissioners, businesses and community groups to maximise opportunities for education, employment, volunteering and inclusion.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading the safe, compliant and effective operation of the farm site, ensuring excellent experiences for visitors, volunteers and people we support.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with community organisations, corporate partners, commissioners and key stakeholders.
- Identifying and delivering new partnership, funding and income-generating opportunities to support the long-term sustainability of the site.
- Driving visitor engagement, community involvement and commercial performance across site activities.
- Working closely with operational teams to maximise opportunities for education, training, supported employment and social impact programmes.
- Leading, motivating and developing a high-performing team, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Managing budgets, monitoring performance and ensuring resources are used effectively.
- Representing Brandon externally and promoting the farm as a valued community asset and trusted partner.
- Supporting innovation, redevelopment projects and future growth opportunities across the site.
What we're looking for:
You might already be working as a Site Manager, Partnerships Manager, Operations Manager, Enterprise Manager, Community Manager, Commercial Manager or Service Manager. You may also have experience in the charity, social care, education, hospitality, visitor attraction, farming, enterprise or community sectors.
We'll be looking for someone who:
- Has experience leading teams and managing operational performance.
- Has a track record of building effective partnerships and stakeholder relationships.
- Can identify opportunities to grow income, engagement and community impact.
- Has experience managing budgets, resources and performance targets.
- Understands safeguarding, health and safety and regulatory compliance responsibilities.
- Is confident representing an organisation externally and influencing a range of stakeholders.
- Can balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational leadership.
- Is passionate about creating opportunities for people with learning disabilities and autism.
- Holds a Level 3-5 leadership qualification or has equivalent management experience.
