Brandon Trust in Rugby is seeking dedicated support workers to help individuals live independent lives, with activities like swimming, cinema, and tea and cake outings. You will adapt to each person’s preferences, supporting daily living, community access, personal care and medications.
Full training is provided to gain the Care Certificate, with ongoing development and qualifications. A UK driving licence is preferred but not essential, and we offer pension and wellbeing benefits.
