- Location: Primarily Devon and Cornwall but there will be requirements to travel to Bristol and surrounding areas for meetings and job requirements.
- Salary Circa: £48,000 pa pro rata’d + travel allowance
Are you passionate about driving people-focused change and building a thriving workplace culture? We’re looking for a People Business Partner to join our team on a part-time, job-share basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of our organisation and making a real impact.
About the Role
As a People Business Partner, you’ll work closely with managers and stakeholders to deliver HR strategies aligned with Brandon’s vision. You’ll be at the heart of our evolving HR model—coaching leaders, supporting change, and embedding inclusive, values-led practices across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement people plans that support strategic and local priorities.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations and coach managers through complex cases.
- Champion Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) and wellbeing initiatives.
- Analyse workforce data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- Build strong relationships with senior leaders, trade unions, and the wider People Team.
What You’ll Bring
- CIPD Level 5 qualification.
- Proven experience in a strategic HR role, ideally within a complex or regulated environment.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and employee relations.
- Excellent coaching, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- A collaborative, proactive, and values-driven approach.
