The Opportunity
We're looking for motivated, people-focused colleagues to join this exciting programme as Employment Specialists on a fixed term basis (dependent on funding). This role offers a unique blend of hands-on coaching experience, professional development, and the opportunity to contribute to a high-profile partnership programme.
What You'll Do
- Work one-to-one with participants to identify strengths, set goals and build confidence.
- Support individuals with CVs, job applications and interview preparation.
- Build relationships with local employers to create job and training opportunities.
- Provide practical guidance, encouragement and ongoing support.
What We're Looking For
- A genuine passion for supporting people to achieve their potential.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Confidence working with people from diverse backgrounds.
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel, as required, across North Somerset, South Gloucestershire, Bristol, Bath and North East Somerset.
- Car driver desirable due to the nature of the role, which is predominantly working within community settings.
