You'll support with day-to-day activities like shopping, cooking, and managing health needs—always led by the person's own preferences and goals. You'll also support with personal care, which means helping people with washing, dressing, and other essential personal routines. It's a vital part of enabling people to live with dignity, choice, and independence. Personal care is always delivered in a respectful and person-centred way, in line with each individual's needs and preferences. No two days are the same, and every day brings the opportunity to be part of someone's progress and independence.
