Looking for your next leadership and development opportunity? We're looking for a Team Leader to provide confident, visible leadership and support a team delivering high-quality, person-centred support in Gloucestershire.
You'll work closely with the Locality Manager, leading and supporting a team of Support Workers, maintaining standards, driving quality and ensuring consistent practice. You'll bring a calm, resilient approach and be confident supporting your team through challenges.
Alongside providing hands-on support when needed, you'll coordinate daily support, supervise colleagues and help develop skills within the team, ensuring resources are used effectively.
