We’re hiring for a Charity Shop Manager in Falmouth! We are a small retail chain with mighty ambitions and we’re looking for a Store Manager to be part of our success. Our shops exist to raise funds for the work of Brandon Trust, create paid and unpaid employment opportunities for people with learning disabilities and autism, and promote sustainable living and pre-loved fashion.
This is a full time position, for 37.5 hours over 5 days, including Saturdays and Sundays.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Achieving set sales and profit targets.
- Generating sufficient donated stock via contact with donors and the use of other methods.
- Managing staff both paid and unpaid, and to ensure the shop is adequately staffed at all times.
