Brandon Trust is seeking a Retail & Trading Manager to lead our charity retail portfolio, including shop networks and online trading platforms.

You will provide strategic direction, develop and motivate a team of Cluster Managers, and drive sustainable income growth across the region whilst delivering social impact.

You will shape innovative retail strategies, respond to changing consumer habits, and use data and insight to maximise donation value and shop performance.
