Brandon Trust is seeking a part-time Support Worker for the Splinters Wood Work project at Elm Tree Farm, Bristol. You will assist with daily supervision, promote skills and wellbeing, and engage participants in woodwork and upcycling activities to achieve shared outcomes.
Based at Elm Tree Farm, you will help plan, direct and coordinate activities, ensure safety, and support individuals with learning disabilities and autistic people in a structured session format.
